The Online Safety and Compliance Electronic Reporting System (The OSCER System)

What is the OSCER System?

The Online Safety and Compliance Electronic Reporting (OSCER) System is a record keeping database that sends email reminder notices to supervisors about impending anniversary dates like: drivers license expirations, lease expirations, inspections, permit expirations, and periodic refresher training sessions. Additionally, the system can track driver events like tickets, accidents, OOS reports, and safe driving anniversaries.

A variety of formatted reports are available in Adobe Acrobat format, and the system provides downloads of data in comma separated variable layout for use in local databases or in spreadsheets such as MS Excel. Several “on-screen” reports are also available.

The database is maintained at our offices on a secure server that allows convenient, remote access to authorized managers within your company and no one else. Daily and weekly back ups are removed from the premises.

Automatic Upgrades, No Hassle Start Up Traditional software often requires managers to maintain and upgrade internal networks, manage program updates, and depend on location supervisors to routinely run the program reports to spot issues for follow up attention. OSCER upgrades are automatic as we maintain the system for your company. Additionally, we can import your existing electronic data when you start the program saving time and headaches of conversion.

Navigate through our various screens and review the types of data that we can store and sort for you. Reports are not available from the demonstration system, but we can send you sample reports upon request.
